Serpil Bayraktar is a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Walmart.

With a wealth of experience in both technical and executive leadership roles, she has worked with major companies such as Equinix, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, and Verizon. During her time at Cisco, Serpil founded and led the Women in Technology program for 8 years and served as the global chair of the Cisco Women in Science and

Engineering employee resource group. She's deeply committed to promoting diversity, building high-performance engineering teams, and delivering cutting-edge cloud and networking solutions.

Serpil earned her B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
