Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Dogakan is a venture entrepreneur, advisor, and operator. Dogakan is the founder of BridgeX Ventures, investing in early & across the value chain of AI at the two leading ecosystems in the world: UC Berkeley and Stanford.
He co-founded CREA, an AI product development company designed for the Silicon Valley ecosystem, supporting startups and enterprises backed by Top-Tier Venture Capital Funds and Private Equity companies.
Previously, Dogakan worked as a management consultant for a decade, leading corporate strategy and advanced analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams at Fortune 500 technology and consumer business companies, including Apple, Adobe, Walmart, Kohl's, Google, Nike, Kohl's, Macy's, Costco, Target, Activision Blizzard. Throughout his career and studies, he worked and lived in Germany, Turkey, Spain, the United Kingdom, China, and the United States.
During his graduate studies at UC Berkeley, Dogakan co-founded the first student-led venture capital fund, Courtyard Ventures, at Haas School of Business. He also served as president of the Berkeley Entrepreneurs Association and worked as a business strategist at Skydeck Berkeley to support its global expansion.
Dogakan serves as an advisor in Skydeck Berkeley and USMarketAccess and is a GSI Lecturer for the “Venture Capital and Private Equity” course at UC Berkeley. He holds a BS in Engineering from Sabanci University and an MBA from from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
